I have a nest doorbell wired. Set it up and installed the indoor white hockey puck thing to the indoor chime. Worked great for a few months. Now the chime works outside but it does not activate the indoor chime. Searched for solutions and verified the most obvious setting. I think the hockey puck thing is defective.
One of our Nest Hello doorbells did this, and we, like some other customers, were able to fix it by turning the "Chime duration" setting on and then back off again in the Google Nest app. I have no idea why this worked for some of us.
As @MplsCustomer stated, it could just be you needing to turning the Chime Duration from off to on again. Just checking in to see if you still need assistance with this issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
