I am having issues getting my indoor chime to work when it is conected to the Google Nest Chime. Video is working without any issues. My chime works when I dont have the Google Chime attached, but isnt functional when I attempt to install the Google Chime. Is this something that I must have connected? I have tried setting the doorbell to the electronic setting with no luck as well. Seems like it must be an issue with the Nest chime since my doorbell works no problem without it

Perhaps you need to contact Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) for a replacement.
There have been a number of posts in this forum about problems with the "chime puck" for the new 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell, with many of them reporting their doorbell chime not working, or working only WITHOUT the "puck", and several customers have gotten replacements:
