Intermittent connectivity with indoor cam

Had 2x indoor cams wired (with wifi connection) for many years now with no problems 👍 lately one of the cameras loses connectivity, as in, I don’t get any picture at all and sometimes sporadically on and off. The green light stays on constantly and when it’s supposed to be streaming it pulses on and off Green however, I don’t get a picture on the app at all. The other camera is absolutely fine with no issues so I wonder whether the camera is faulty.
I have changed the power supply and also done a factory reset on the camera itself. Also, for further information, the camera is only 8 feet away from a Wi-Fi extender and has full connectivity. it is also on video quality of Max, and not high. The other indoor cam is the same distance away from the router.
Please can you help?

Hello Antsdixon,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how was the reset done? Try restarting your Wi-Fi router to refresh its connection to the Nest Camera.

To learn more about reset and restart, you may visit our public article about “Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell”.

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,

Emerson
