As I am sure everyone knows, Google “help” keeps sending people in a circle rather than providing info on how to contact them. I tried the community but no help there either. In the meantime, the app says I have used up four days of my free trial for Nest Aware *but it is not functional yet.* Is there some way to get assistance or do I just return the doorbell cam to Amazon? I have never seen such poor customer service.

Follow these steps to contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

This was very helpful. Thank you. The web site is confusing because it asks some questions which are *mandatory*, then on a subsequent page proposes more responses, answers to which are *not* mandatory. As I treated them all as mandatory, it kept me going in circles. Once I skipped choosing a response on the secondary page, I was able to click through to ask Google to call me. Thanks.
