Is there a human I can talk to

My nest battery doorbell cam was working perfectly. It stopped working and won't even show up on my list of devices. I've been trying to get it to work for 2 months now. I've done the reset and the factory reset. A yellow light never shows up on the doorbell. It does show the green light and the circle lights up white and it makes the doorbell sound once but after that i get nothing. Everything is updated. My other nest camera works fine. This is ridiculous.

It sounds like you're having trouble connecting to your Nest Doorbell through the app. I'm here to help.  First off, let me ask which app you're using to access your Nest Doorbell? Also, how many home structures do you have linked to your account? Have you tried switching between them on the app?
