I want to share my nest hello to my 1st floor tenant without adding them to "my family" which gives them access to all my other devices. I don't want to create a whole new home just to had the door bell, because I won't get the notifications from the bell at my hubs 😫. Please help

Hi there,

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed.  You can edit their access in your account so they do not have full, full access. Check out your settings, and accesses and make the change there.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Hi Adrian,    What a great question.  I have spent some time here researching this online and I don't think there is a way to do what you want.  It is a shame that Google doesn't offer the ability to select the device(s) you want to share with each family member.

The only thing I can think of is maybe a 2nd (battery) doorbell devoted to tenant apartment and with their name on it so visitors ring their doorbell to visit them.  That door bell would be on an account devoted to them.  And then they give you access if they want to.
