So I have a Nest account that I’ve been streaming my cameras on for years. Bought the Hub Max last night and tried to view those cameras through it, but assumed I’d have to “migrate to Google” to do so and now I can’t find that original account, meaning I can no longer view my cameras, and when I try to add the cameras to what looks like an empty/new nest account it says that my cameras are on another account already and to remove them first. How do I get back to my original account? The sign in info I’ve been using for years either takes me to an empty account or tells me that the sign in info may be incorrect, or if recently migrated sign in using Google, which is when it takes me to the empty account. What do I do? Thanks.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Are you sure you are logging into the correct Gmail account? Also, if you have newly purchased cameras, they are exclusive to the Google Home app, so they may be showing in there if your account has been migrated. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Brad
