Please help I need to know how to keep the video more than three hours.

Thank you so much I was able to save my videos. But I have another issue now my next camera would not connect. That’s why everything resetting and it won’t work.

On the other hand, I know how difficult it is that your camera won't connect, and I appreciate that you have already reset it, but it did not connect. I'll be happy to assist further. Can you please answer the next questions to pin down what is happening with your camera?

• What type of camera do you have?
• What’s the color of the LED status light?
• How far is the device from the router?
