Linking phone to nest doorbell

I have set up nest doorbell on my phone but my husband cant get it on his . It keeps saying retry can anyone help

If you have set up your Google Nest Doorbell on your Google Account in the Google Home app, the way you give your husband access is to invite him to be a member of your Google Nest "home":

Your husband has to also have a Google (gmail) account. Once he accepts the invitation, he should be able to access your Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Home app and access your doorbell.
