When watching the live feed of my doorbell, the sound keeps cutting out, but the recorded footage is fine. My company uses this model at two different sites in different regions of the US and they are both experiencing the same phenomenon. Mine is connected to a 5 ghtz wifi signal on 1.2 Gbps symmetrical connection that I tested at 500 down / 200 up outside by the doorbell with little lag. The work sites are set to auto select between 2.4 and 5 ghtz. I have rebooting and even factory resetting mine with no change.
