Hello...I have Nest Cam with floodlight. I am unable to use the Live Stream function on our Android or iOS devices. I receive "Live view unavailable." It does work on my Nest display. Other functionality works fine -- It records upon motion sensing and the floodlight can be turned on manually.
I've seen similar posts dating back to 2021 without any adequate resolution. Most have said it begins to work again after day/weeks. Does anyone have a resolution? I've already done the following (more than once).
1. Unplugged the Nest camera to reset.
2. Rebooted android and iOS devices.
3. Removed/added the device from Home.
4. Rebooted Wi-Fi router

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing the steps you've done. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how far is your Nest Camera from your Wi-Fi router? How far is your Nest display from your Nest Camera? Try reinstalling your Google Home app to make sure you have the updated version and let us know how it goes.
