I see many posts on this but no definitive answer. Is there a fix or does the doorbell need to be replaced. My system worked fine for 2 weeks after in stall. 1 battery doorbell that is hardwired and 4 cameras. The problem now is my doorbell will not live stream. It still captures, notifies and saves footage. But the entire purpose of changing systems was to get live front door. HELP!!!

I’m sorry that you’ve had to experience this. No worries, we’ll sort this out. How far is your Nest Doorbell (battery) from the router? What’s the status light of the doorbell? Is it connected to a 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz WiFi frequency? Are there other devices connected to the same WiFi where the camera is connected to? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? Also, were there any changes to your WiFi settings or router?
