Lost Cameras

Google made us reset our password and once we got back into our account/app all cameras were gone. This property is a rental property that is out of state so we can't just reset them and add them again ourselves.

Google engineers and support have never been able to help with any of my issues they've always made things worse. Google cameras are the worse security cameras on the market

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how many home structures do you have? Try checking your Nest Cameras to your other home structures. You may also post here the screenshot of your home page and your home structures. Looking forward to your response.
