Hi
I purchased the Google cameras in Google nest doorbell, and things were good for a while. I recently upgraded my Xfinity modem, and I have a Google Maps system. I lost the doorbell camera in the floodlight camera, and I had struggled to reconnect cameras. At this point I’m pissed off that there’s no personal tech-support available to help guide you with changing out your router. It seems from the information I’ve spent many hours walking through that I have to reset all my cameras which is absolutely ridiculous. I mean every time I decide to upgrade a Wi-Fi component I’m gonna lose my cameras. It seems to be a pretty stupid thing that Google makes you do

Dave
how come your company doesn’t use utube videos to help those who struggle to find articles

I don't work for Google, just another user helping in the community but to your point, you will find videos on this on YouTube. It would be great to have an official video guide for everything but of course that's highly unlikely.

I want to thank you for helping me with the issues. I ended up resetting all of googles products and reloading them on my phone. It was time-consuming and a pain in the ass but it’s completed. Thank you
