Lost footage

Hello I have an indoor google camera. It keeps footage for 24 hours. For this I needed the footage the night before.someone broke into my house and smashed my window. I cannot get it repaired or take it to court because the camera footage got deleted. Is there any way I can retrieve back the missing footage

Google Nest deletes video history when it is past whatever Nest Aware subscription we're paying for. It would be unethical and probably illegal for Google Nest to keep it longer than we've authorized them.

"All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days."

Google Nest does not have any subscription plan to save video history for 24 hours. With the newer cameras and doorbells, event video history for the most recent 3 hours is saved for free without a Nest Aware subscription.
