Lost one of nest cam (battery) camera due to "offline" issue.

I woke up this morning to the news of my hardwired garage nest cam (battery) being "offline". Nest network seemingly kicked off one of my 9 nest cameras off my home network with this "offline" issue. Strange thing was that all my 8 other nest cameras (battery) were online and operational. I could see their live feeds so my Wifi are working. My garage cam is quite close to the router so it's not the signal strength that is the issue. Multiple factory resets did not allow me to re-add my garage camera.

One of many things I tried was setting up a new home and set up my garage cam there. This camera was successfully set up with the new home so it is not the camera that is being the problem.

I am trying to re-add my garage cam so many times already to no success. Does anyone have any tips?

Side note: I could try and remove all my cameras (including doorbell) and start re-installing all of them again but this is a long process that I'm trying to avoid.

I unplugged my hub max and started setting up this camera again. The result is still a fail. I think you can close this thread. I need to uninstall all cameras and reinstall them.

Hey folks, I want you to know that this problem now spreads to my (2nd gen) nest doorbell. It is also saying “offline” as the nest cam above. My google home app and iOS is updated to latest versions. I manually checked to them.

So restarting my nest WiFi mesh network twice somehow “found” my nest doorbell camera. Now I still have the original problem of re-adding the dropped off nest cam. I still cannot add this camera back. I wished I tried restarting my mesh network before removing this device. 😕

@Waterox

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. Have you tried to Factory Reset your camera that isn't adding back?

Best Regards,

Brad.
