Lost video recording

Ever since subscription renewal, we haven’t had any video recording, just snapshots. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure your subscription successfully renewed?  You can check it by going to your camera in the NEST app. Select the GEAR icon in the upper right corner. Look thru the list and you should see NEST AWARE.  Click it and see what it tells you about your subscription status

When I clicked on Nest Aware, it doesn't say anything about my subscription

Then that is most likely the problem.  it sounds like your subscription did not actually renew. The easiest way to check it is to go to https://store.google.com/.   Login and then click on the little blue circle with in the upper right corner just to the right of the shipping cart icon.  From there you should see SUBSCRIPTIONS in the list.  Click it and it will tell you your subscription status.  Mine shows Nest Aware Plus and the expiration date.

Let me know if that works and what you find out.
