I am having an issue with both of my Nest Cameras using the mic on my Galaxy Note 9. I can hear the person on the other side but they cannot hear me when I am using my phones mic. This problem is an issue in both the Nest app and The Google Home app when I select the talk icon you can hear fine but the person outside can't hear you. This was not always a problem when I installed the Cams, everything was fine.
I have tested this using the Nest App on my Desktop and the audio push to talk is working just fine.
This has to be a problem in the app build of the Google Home and Nest App. This is a critical feature of the Nest Cams and should be addressed by Google Nest immediately!

Most phones have security settings that don't allow access to certain features such as the microphone unless access is given. Can you check your system settings and see if you can allow access to the microphone for both The nest app and the Google home app and then try it?
