Camera in prior house, using Nest app under my personal email. Moved to new house and set up everything else in Google Home app with of course gmail address. Migrated Nest to Home app. Camera did not appear. Tried to add camera as new device to Home and won't as "registered to another user". Can't unregister it in Nest app either as camera no longer there and can't be added, for same reason. Help.

I’m in a similar situation but I didn’t move. I tried to migrate two Nest Doorbells (that were working great) from Nest to the google app and the cameras didn’t migrate and don’t appear in the Home app. I tried to reset them but they are “registered to another user”!

Yes, I still need assistance. I have still not been able to link my two doorbells to Google Home.
