Missing Cameras. I upgraded to Iphone15 and my cameras (4) have disappeared and I cannot reset them

I have tried to reinstall my cameras, but I only get as far as two-step verification, and it remains stuck on accounts.google.com

@rjfroms

I'm not sure why you're trying to reinstall your cameras.  When we've upgraded iPhones, all we did after restoring our backup to the new phone was to log back into the Google Nest app and Google Home app with the same Google Account we were previously using.

That doesn't work for me.  I need to figure out how to get my cameras back on my phone.  They are on my Nest.

@rjfroms

Without any exact details, it's hard to tell what's going in your situation. (It's hard to tell, for example, what you mean by "They are on my Nest."

Try contacting Support using the link and instructions in this post; they often have a callback-in-less-than-a-minute option:

Meaning they are on my Nest Display

@rjfroms

I would still suggest contacting Support. It's sometimes hard to address issues in this forum without posting a lot of precise detail.

I don't follow exactly what's happening in your case. In several instances of iPhone and iPad upgrades, we installed the iPhone or iPad, restored from the backup, and logged into the Google Nest app and Google Home app, and all of our Google Nest devices were there in our one Google Nest "home/structure". I don't recall if there was two-step verification, but if there was, it worked because we were keeping our phone numbers.

Hopefully, in your case it's something simple, and an interchange with Support will solve the problem.
