Missing activity

My driveway cam works perfectly and pics up all activity of people, pets, and cars with the exception of my wives van. Everytime she comes or goes it doesn't recognize the motion.

Any thoughts or suggestions

Hi @Chris53 - Does it happen to pick up motion when your wife leaves her car? The only solution I could think of is to double check that the lens is clean. If that doesn't work, I would do a factory reset on the device to see if that helps out.
