Missing event history

Hey guys, I had an incident at my house the other day and I'm desperately look for help. Does anyone know how to fix/find missing event history on an older (older as in 2 years old) Nest Hello camera? From what I understand, history should be available at least on the Nest app? I have checked my event history through Google Home and Nest, both on my iPhone and PC and there is nothing. 

 

I am getting the strange feeling that Google is trying to force me to upgrade this already absurdly expensive equipment every couple of years for everything to work seamlessly. As if having to use multiple apps (because of a migration that has been going on FOREVER) isn't annoying enough, now I can't even access my event history. Complete waste of the Nest Aware subscription. This is serious false advertising on behalf of Google. I'm not buying that, with some of the best programmers around, Google can't put out a home security system that, well, makes you feel secure. Might be time to switch. This is BS.

If you go to to Settings for your Nest Hello doorbell in the Google Nest app and select "Nest Aware", it should say "Active: Nest Aware" or "Active: Nest Aware Plus" if you have a Nest Aware subscription for the "home" to which your Nest Hello belongs. If you go to Settings for your Nest Hello doorbell on the home.nest.com website and select "Nest Aware" and then click the "Nest Aware" button, it should say, under "Subscription", the kind of subscription you have.

When you view your Nest Hello in the Google Nest app, under the live view you should see a list with small images of the events that you're filtering for.  If you select your Nest Hello on the home.nest.com website, you should see a timeline of your history at the bottom of the screen.

What history you get depends on whether you have a Nest Aware or a Nest Aware Plus subscription (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9233159?hl=en).
