Missing motion log

Can someone explain why there is missing log for what is clearly motion. I even set 'zones' and it is hit or miss. I depend on these to tell me when there is something of interest. I have been tempted to sell these cameras and get another manufacturer.

I am sorry to hear that you seem to be missing an event log! I am wondering myself why that would have been missing if it still registered it as an event. Just wanted to check in and ask you some questions;

• Have you adjusted your motion sensor settings to be on the sensitive side? That may help you from this issue happening, though it is strange that it was missing the event logs.
• Have you tried to restart or factory reset your camera? Doing so should clear out any weird settings you have on and may have less of these issues.
