Hi,
I bought the Nest doorbell and thermostat several months ago but I just opened the box because our new house wasn’t ready yet. It appears that the chime connector was not included in the box. How do I get one?

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell spare parts, but if the chime puck was not included in the box, you could try contacting the retailer if you bought it from a retailer, or contacting Google Nest Support (starting with the link below) if you bought it directly from Google Nest:
