Moving my Nest Aware subscription to a new Home in Home App

I had to create a new Home in the Google Home App a the direction of Google Support to resolve an issue I was having with our Google Wifi setup. When I migrated our two Nest Outdoor IQ Cameras to the new Home, they seem no longer to be covered by our Nest Aware subscription. Given that Nest Support is not supporting Chat, and gives up after one unsuccessful call attempt, I'm at a loss for what to do. We are an all in Google household, having multiple Google Wifis, Home Minis, Home Hubs, Google TVs, and Nest Cameras, but this extremely poor customer support experience is giving me second thoughts...
