Multiple Broken Nest IQ Cameras

As of this week I have had 2 Nest IQ outdoor cameras break this year.  The first one Google replaced (reluctantly) and now this new one they won't even consider.  And of course they are only sold on the secondary market now for almost double what I paid for them.  Has anyone else had issues wth these?  Seems kind of crazy that I had $800 dollars worth of cameras break in the same year from this company.  I bought 5 cameras, the nest mesh network, and had a certified NEST Installer put in the system that I can no longer get parts for.  What kind of product backing is that?  It really makes me want to replace the whole system with another companies product that I can count on for more than a year.

Anyone have any suggestions ?

Sorry I didn't see this until your second post.  They both started disconnecting randomly for about a month and then just stopped connecting to the network all together. The one at the beginning of the year was replaced without any real issues the second one that went out last month I had to spend hours in text chats with techs trying to prove that it was broken and was then told I need to buy another one, and oh by the way we dont sell those models anymore.  I have 5 cameras and 2 of them have died within 2 years of purchase so I guess I know why they stopped making them.

Thanks for getting back to us and I know how troubling the issue that you have right now. To confirm, How far is the camera from the router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? What is the light status of your camera?

I appreciate the questions but I went through all of this over several hours with 2 different techs who at the end of both seasons told me I needed to buy a new one but failed to mention that you dont make them anymore.
