My Nest doorbell is wired in but I do not get DOORBELL option

2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
3. Tap Settings 
4. Select Doorbell.

This does not work for me.

I have no way to setup or modify the doorbell chime, the only default option is for my nest devices to indicate "there is someone at the door". I do not see an option to have a door  chime or make a sound?

This is as designed. There is no way to change the Chime tone. It is always on the default. So sorry for the inconvenience! That is an excellent idea! I would suggest that you send in this Feature Request, with any additional feedback you may have.
