My camera doorbell says its connected to another account.

My phone offloaded my nest app and when I restored it, it no longer sees my camera. When I attempt to connect it again, it says its being used by another accoutn. My wired camera doorbell is new only to me and I can't even remove it from my nest app because its not there. Can a factory reset fix this?
