My google nest wired doorbell base broke

The nest wired doorbell (model NC5100US) won't snap into the base.  The top part is loose and I can just take the doorbell off the wall easily.  I tried fooling around with the wires and the screws but nothing works.  I think I need a replacement.  I just bought this last week.  Where do I get a replacement base?
