Where the heck did my doorbell, camera and HOME go? I paid an additional $300 (ring was cheaper for the same products!) just to have all Google products in one app so I could monitor both of our homes. But today now that I’m in a different state my original home is missing. What on earth?! I’m finding through past threads this is a common unsolvable problem if you’re not there to reboot it??? I’m so mad Google did this without my knowledge or consent. If I have to pay for a flight to go back just to reset this i want to return these items and get my money back . This is RIDICULOUS!
Are you certain you are logging onto the Google Home app with the same Google Account you were using at home? I'm asking because the most likely reason for not seeing your Google Nest "home/structure" when you log onto the Google Home app is when you inadvertently log on with a different Google Account that has no Google Nest "home/structure".
Just to add to this, try logging out of the account, then log back in. I have used the Google home account in different countries and can still access all my devices with no issues, no reason a different state would not work.
