My nest hello lens fell off itself.

Now the image is a quite blurry.

i have contacted two times the customer service without any help because the guarentee is over since april 2021. it’s a shame to sell products with a manufacturing defect.

So do you have a solution to fix it without replacing the doorbell.

I just want to replace a new lens.

Hi Peter,

I don't have a solution...sorry. Just a volunteer helper here in the Community.

If the support person couldn't help when you called about the warranty there isn't much we can do here. 

I do empathize with you though. My Hello is past 2 years old and no lens issues at all- thankfully.
