My speakers won't play music if I have my doorbell camera on my hub device. They are totally differ

I am unable to view my doorbell camera and play music through any of my devices at the same time. I can start the music playing on a group of speakers but it immediately stops when I try to view the camera on a totally different device.  This used to work until about 3-4 weeks ago.  I have tried rebooting all devices. Nada

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. This is definitely a very different issue that I have seen before, but I would love to look into this for you.

• Are all of these devices connected to the same account? Or separate?
• Have you tried to restart any, or all of these devices?
• Are they connected to the same wifi signal?
• And have you made any changes to your settings lately?
