My wired doorbell just stopped working and Nest Support was no help. Who can I run to?

My doorbell just stopped working. After looking at some help articles, it appears the issue is electrical as there is no blue ring lit on the front. Nest Support wasn’t able to help me. Who can?

  • What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?

  • Have you tried to restart your camera?

Im having the same issue, camera just stopped working, I have two Nest Doorbell Camera's. I moved my front to the back and the issue followed it, it just isnt recognized. I have tried resetting camera same issue. it is about 3 months old
