I Cannot set up my new camera in Portugal, only errors when scanning the QR, my email not recognised on the app....the camera has been charging but no light at all, seems dead.... anyone with some tips to instal my costly camera :(?

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. Where did you purchase this device? If it was purchased outside of Portugal, you cannot use it. These devices are region/country specific.
