Near IQ camera stopped working

Camera was working fine for about 6 months and now it’s not working at all. I have unplugged and plugged back in, the halo comes out n but nothing after that. App says the camera is offline. I can’t get it to connect to the WiFi anymore either through the app on my phone. Just times out and says cannot find camera. Need to get this sorted!

Yes the camera appears to be dead to wifi. I have removed it and brought to the inside of the home next to my router, and powered on, its still not locating. The only option it appears is to remove the camera from my system, but the downside is I would lose all history. not a big downside, but it's the last step I think I can take to test this issue. I am afraid if that does not work and there are no other options, I will need to ask for a replacement camera.

 

I plan to remove this camera from my account this sunday and try this last test.

I am afraid that the IQ Cams were discontinued. I am not able to process a replacement request for you as there is no stock. You can look online for a new camera, or welcome to visit the Google Store if you want to look into our newer cameras.
