Neat doorbell not working waste of money

I spent a lot of money on my nest product and just yesterday my doorbell camera just stopped working. Wi-Fi not connecting, app doesn’t recognize it being online. It doesn’t turn on when directly plugged into a power source. Before it stopped working, it started ringing our doorbell nonstop. I’ve restarted the device many time to no avail just to see if that will help. I’ve also reset the entire device thinking that would help but still nothing. This is so frustrating for the product being $225 to last no longer than 2 years. Not to mention the area around the button is peeling off. I tried submitting some type of claim but the website doesn’t even work, it keep telling me to refresh and to resubmit. I’m beginning to think this was all design to screw the consumers over. This product is faulty and the company needs to take responsibility. If anything let me send the product back so it can be fixed. Now I have a $225 paper weight sitting on my desk

If you're in the US, Nest Doorbell has a one year warranty. That said, we won't be able to proceed with its replacement.
