Neat doorbell not working

I set up the nest doorbell that I just bought and can only set it to electronic doorbell chime(which is terrible). When I set it to actual doorbell it causes the camera to crash and restart every time it’s rang. I’ve set up a couple of these nest door bells at my family members houses no problems. My house is 4 years old and doorbell brand new and not working properly… what can be done?
