Need doorbell Warranty refund

I had bought a wired doorbell. I tried installing and I wasn’t successful. So I got an installer guy to help. Got it connected but only after the first set of device didn’t work. He told me to use warranty to get the first set of doorbell refunded (it was passed 6 month grace period from Kohls where I originally bought.) but every time I logged onto the google website regarding warranty, the page froze. Never got through. Tried help desk on the site and no reply was found!!
