Need help receiving notifications

I have notifications set to on for my doorbell camera but I am not receiving any

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in to help. I understand it can be confusing when things don't work like they should be, but I'm happy to look into this. 

Since your notifications are turned on for the doorbell, I would suggest double checking that your notifications for the app are turned on through your phone settings.
