I pay for the Nest Aware Subscription. It should have 24/7 event monitoring. I never had an issue with it before. Whether there is an event or not, I want it live stream recording. Now, the past few weeks when I go to look back to see what happened through out the day, there are a lot of “No events detected” … I don’t want this. I can’t trust Nest cameras to ensure there was an event or not. My neighbors car was broken into and someone’s camera picked it up but mine is just saying “No Events Detected” which is wrong because I am in camera view of what happened.
HOW DO I TURN THIS OFF. I don’t want the “No Events Detected” … I want the video recording 24/7 regardless of what happens.

Recently I purchased a year long subscription for Nest Aware and although I've paid for it, none of my devices are recording/ storing data. Please advise.
