Nest Aware does not work with Nest battery doorbell

The Nest Aware subscription, $60 a year does not work in Google Home app. The Nest doorbell battery does not work with the Nest app, As a result you cannot see event history after 3 hours. This Nest Aware subscription is supposed to allow 30 days of event history. It does NOT offer 24/7 recording, that's the upgraded $120 a year package.  Is there a solution to allow Nest Aware 30 day history to be visible on the Google Home app, the only app that works with the Nest doorbell battery?

Follow up. Once I claimed the 30 day free trial, event history works. Again the 30 day trial came AFTER I purchased a 1 year subscription. Well, it works now and I have an extra 30 days.

@Chazz

We have a Google Nest Camera (Battery), and can see event history by selecting the camera in the Google Home app, selecting "History", and then selecting "Full history". I would think 30-day event history should work similarly for the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery.  Note that 24/7 history is simply not available for the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) even if it is wired.

You can check your Nest Aware subscription in the Google Home app by selecting Settings on the initial screen and then selecting "Nest Aware".

Unfortunately, it does not display events past 3 hours from occurence. Maybe it's a doorbell only issue. I can open my full history now and only see most recent.  Thanks for your input

Is your Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) in the same "home" as your Nest Aware subscription? If it is, when you open Settings for your doorbell and select "Video", then under "Video History" with a Nest Aware subscription I think you should see "30-day event history". Our camera--with a Nest Aware Plus subscription--shows "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history".

When setting up it has to be in the same "home". Interestingly, I had an 30 day free trial that showed up AFTER I paid. I chose that, and in my subscriptions it displays 1 year 1 month paid, so now I have my paid and my trial.. We'll see if that remedies the issue.
