Nest Aware problem

Hi, I recently purchased nest aware plus but my phone doesn’t seem to recognize that I have it. When I look at my doorbell cam, or any other cameras, they only give me a few screenshots of a very short history. When I scroll to the bottom of the page it says Seymour with nest aware. Does anybody know what could be going on?

Thanks for posting here in the community. Let's go ahead and get the most out of your Nest Aware subscription. To confirm, are you using the same email address you used when you purchased the subscription? Also, make sure that your Nest Cameras are in the home structure where you applied your Nest Aware subscription. Hit this link for more information.
