Hello,
Recently installed and ran with the free month of nest aware, long story short its taken a month of creating new accounts etc to actually renew the subscription, when i view my account via desktop i can see i have subscribed to nest aware however when i view it on my phone its not there and the app doesnt store events, google home under the subscription app shows as. “No compatible devices”

Is your Nest Aware subscription on the same Google (gmail) Account and on the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera?
In the Google Home app, the name of your Google Nest "home/structure" is displayed on the initial screen. And if you click on your subscription on the Subscription Management page, it will show the name of your Google Nest "home/structure":

I don't know why you would create a new account in order to renew your Nest Aware subscription, but if you have somehow purchased a Nest Aware subscription on a different Google Account than the one you're using for your camera, Google Nest does not have a way of transferring subscriptions between accounts, but you could try contacting Support to see if they can help:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
