Nest Cam 2 Wired

Hello,

I’ve had the Nest Cam 2 (wired) since the New year. Last week I got a “battery low” then it stopped working all together. This unit is not supported by batteries and I can’t find what to do next? It’s been working up until now. Is this a faulty unit? Thanks

Have you checked the hardwire? We had the same problem and after several days my electrical guy pulled the panel and checked the wiring. 1) One of the wires wasn't making a good connection even though the meter reflected it was getting power. 2) The electrician also told me there is a time delay on the system. If you turn it off and then back on immediately it doesn't have time to reset so it won't come back up. Flip the breaker off and wait a couple of minutes before you turn it back on. This fixed my problem hopefully it will help you.
