Nest Cam Floodlight - Poor Video Quality & Poor Night Vision

Between Friday night and today (Sunday), something changed with my floodlight cam. The night vision is HORRIBLE and the quality during the day is washed out heavily. Not sure if an update was rolled but it's on 1.69 now and needs to be fixed. Anyone else seeing this? Pictures attached.Good_Day.jpegGood_Night.jpegBad_Day.jpegBad_Night.jpeg

Unfortunately, this problem has been covered ad nauseum. Firmware v1.69 has a problem with nighttime resolution. What's worse is we users currently have no way to roll back the firmware.

You might be running into what RavenManiac pointed out.  But you may want to just try removing power to the camera for about a minute and then plug it back in and let it complete reboot.  There is not way to do this from the app so unfortunately it means you may have to clime the ladder to get to it.

Please let us know if this fixes the problem.  If not I can help escalate this to Google so  you can get some help from them directly instead of just this user forum.

I had a red tint issue during the day and abysmal night vision image.  Started two weeks ago in addition to having my wired camera drain and die.  

If Brad comes around offering help, it's a Bot.
