While away on holiday I managed to compromise the link between my iPhone and the Camera. On my return I am unable to view my Camera on the iPhone. Google Nest will not accept my ownership of the Camera in spite of my sending pics of my purchase receipt, the installers invoice, the original box showing the Serial number and a photo of the QR Code and Entry Key on the Camera. I had to pay for a Contractor to come out to disconnect the Camera to show the QR Code and Entry Key because, at 75, I am reluctant to climb a ladder to the external wall of our house. For some reason, of which I am not aware, the E mail address to which the phone is linked , is not one I am able to identify. I have made, I think, about eight calls to Technical Support and ten days later am no further forward and still without my Camera which, I was told, must be disconnected for 48 hours. I have three promised call backs which have not materialised.
I am now in despair. Can anyone advise me how to get my Camera /iPhone link restored?

Hi Marcher75. Just to confirm you have a NestCam IQ outdoor camera and you are using the NEST app (and not the Google Home app).
The next question I can think of is are you able to view the camera using your computer's browser? This would be done at www.home.nest.com. You will need to log in with the CORRECT login and password.
Let me know if that lets you make any progress.
