Nest Cam Indoor wired 2nd generation

How do I set up my Nest Cam Indoor wired 2nd generation so that it swivels to scan Zones in the entire room?

We have one of the 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Cameras. The camera can be tilted and positioned in various ways, but once positioned, it is static.  There is no motor or mechanism that would enable it to be dynamically swiveled to scan an entire room.
