Nest Cam Outdoor Magnet

Hi Brad and Community

We purchased a Nest Outdoor Cam Wired back in late 2020 for our first house/condo.

Yeasterday a contractor for the community came by to look at our  gutters (not at our request) and knock/loose the magnetic mount for the camera.

Now we have a camera that we can't use, and have been looking everywhere for this part to buy.

Can you help? We are having our first child in a few weeks and want to keep our place safe.

Unlike its competitors, Google Nest does not sell any spare parts for its cameras and doorbells. If you are within the 1-year warranty, you might be able to get Google Nest to provide a replacement by contacting Google Nest Support, starting with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
