Nest Cam Outdoor is offline

Dear all,

I have a Nest Cam Outdoor, which is part of a number of cameras I have around the house, including more Nest Cam Outdoor cameras. There is 1 Nest Cam Outdoor camera that is offline, while the others are not. I was trying to update the WiFi setting of these particular camera, but it hard since the camera is installed on the roof of the house, so it is not easy accessible. I have had this camera for at least 2 years and it has never gone offline for more than a week. 

Can I do anything from a distance without physically touching the camera to get this again back online?  Thanks in advance for letting me know.

I'm not sure why you want or need to update the Wi-Fi settings unless you've changed your Wi-Fi.

For older Google Nest customers, you may be able to into the Google Nest app, select Settings | Home info | Home Wi-Fi help, and select your offline camera and update the Wi-Fi settings there. But since this is done via bluetooth, you have to get close to your camera, and you still need to scan the QR code on the camera:

If you end up doing this, write down the 6-character Setup Code on the camera so you don't have to physically access the camera if you have to do this again in the future.
