The camera has worked for about a year. It stop working so I assumed the battery had died (no warning of low batter level) tried charging it but no light comes on. I tried pushing the button on back which brings up a white light but goes off after 30 seconds or so. If I hold the button for more than 10 seconds it brings up a green light which stays on for 30 seconds then goes off for 30 seconds then comes back on. I ordered a new charge cable from google with the same results. I've tried doing a factory reset but the light colors don't match when holding in the back button for 12 seconds. I've tried plugging into different outlets but no light comes on at all. Not sure if I am out of luck or if i can send this back to google for a fix?

You could try contacting Support to see if they'll replace the camera, using the link and instructions in this post:
Sorry to hear about your experience. We've had a battery camera for 22 months, plugged in with the optional power cable, and it's "Live" all the time (so far), but I've seen other posts like yours where it seems like the battery camera just dies.
